BODYCOMBAT:
A martial workout which combines kicks and strikes from a wide range f self-defense disciplines like karate, boxing, and taekwondo into an energetic routine.
CARDIO MIX:
An aerobic workout that could include a mix of step, hi/ low aerobics, boxing, balls and/ or weights.
STEP SENSATION:
An intermediate to advanced cardio workout using the bench.
DOUBLE STEP:
An intermediate to advanced cardio workout using two benches.
YOGA:
A series of physical poses that will improve posture, increase strength and enhance flexibility.
PILATES:
An exercise system focused on improving flexibility and strength for the total body without building bulk.
GROUP CYCLING:
An intense cardio workout on stationary bicycles. A pass is required - You may obtain one at the front desk.
