Class Descriptions
BodyPump The fastest way in the universe to get in shape. BODYPUMP is a strength endurance training class where muscle and music collide! Low on complexity but high in fun, BODYPUMP has all of the benefits of traditional weight training combined with time efficiency and predictability. BODYPUMP is great for "EVERY BODY."
BodyCombat A martial workout which combines kicks and strikes from a wide range f self-defense disciplines like karate, boxing, and taekwondo into an energetic routine.
BodyAttack This is an intense sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. An interval training class combining high intensity aerobics with strength and stabilization exercises.
BodyStep The energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over, and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-along music and approachable instructors. Cardio blocks push fat-burning systems into high gear followed by muscle-conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.
Zumba This high-energy workout isn't your typical group exercise class. Hips shake, hand clap, shoulders shimmy, and feet pivot, step, and slide to a Latin-international hip-hop beat that gets you moving. Zoom Zoom, Zumba!
STEP SENSATION An intermediate to advanced cardio workout using the bench.
YOGA A series of physical poses that will improve posture, increase strenght, and enhance flexibility.
PILATES An exercise system focused on improving flexibility and strength for the total body without building bulk.
GROUP CYCLING Ride to the rhythm of powerful music during this indoor cylcing workout on stationary bicycles. All levels welcome. Please sign in for this class at the front desk to guarantee your spot.
HARD CORE A core (Abs!) workout mixed with stretching and pilates movements
